Main components of steel roofing machine:
Single set of decoiler that comes with choices of hydraulic and manual; directing & feeding tool; basic roll molding machinery; hydraulic fragmenting system and regulating system. Whereas, there are two sets of run out table that has option of automatic stacker.
We have used sheet of colored steel that has output power of 235Mpas and its thickness varies from 30 to 70 micrometers, to make our range of effectively functioned machines.
Important description of the machine:

- Out-turn and forging speed is 8 to 10 meters and 20 meters per 60 seconds.

- Energy of hydraulic and primary motor is 2.2 Kw and 7.5Kw.
- The energy of primary motor relies upon the finished design.

- Superlative quality No.45 formed hard steel rollers that are coated with 50 micrometers chrome and are CNC formed.
